Outdoor Space

The house sits on almost 4 acres of terraced and gently rolling hillside, and is surrounded on 3 sides by forest land, providing an abundance of nature only found at the rarest of properties. The grounds are well maintained, but not over-manicured, in order to balance ease of use with a seamless transition into the wild forestry that neighbors us.

There is plenty of open space for children to run and for sports & games. We currently provide portable versions of Horseshoes and Corn Hole.

Wildlife Viewing

The property is visited frequently by an abundance of wildlife, including: deer, squirrels, rabbits, foxes, and a wide variety of colorful birds. Birdwatchers can easily expect to check at least 5 different species of bird off their lists just from the living room window before finishing their morning coffee.

Parking

We have over 1600 sq. ft. of designated private parking space on the property, plus a 200+ ft. long driveway, plenty of room for multiple vehicles and your boats or other toys.
